Daytime Hours Join the JURA Team Are you friendly, dependable, and enjoy working with customers? JURA is looking for a Store Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, learning about premium products, and working in a professional and welcoming environment. As a JURA Store Associate, you will assist customers visiting our store, answer product questions, demonstrate JURA automatic coffee machines, and help customers find the products and solutions that best fit their needs. You do not need to be a coffee expert—we provide paid training to help you become knowledgeable and confident with JURA products. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Assist walk-in customers and answer telephone inquiries Demonstrate JURA automatic coffee machines and explain their features Help customers select coffee machines, accessories, and care products Receive and process customer coffee machines brought in for service Listen to customers' needs and provide helpful solutions Learn JURA products, equipment, software, and procedures Process customer purchases and transactions Restock and organize merchandise in the store Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom Work closely with other team members to provide an excellent customer experience What We're Looking For Friendly and outgoing personality Excellent customer service and communication skills Dependable and professional Comfortable speaking with and assisting customers Willingness to learn about JURA products and coffee equipment Basic computer and internet skills Ability to learn new systems and procedures Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required High school diploma or GED preferred What We Offer $18.00-$19.00 per hour Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities Daytime work hours Paid training Paid holidays Employee/company discounts Uniforms provided Casual and professional work environment Opportunity to learn about premium JURA coffee equipment Supportive team environment About the Position If you enjoy working with people, learning about high-quality products, and providing excellent customer service, we'd like to hear from you.
