It's a fast-moving shop floor — orders come in, get decorated, packed, and out the door — and we're looking for someone who likes to stay busy and keep things moving. What You'll Do Order blank apparel/products as needed Order packing materials and supplies Pull blank stock and route orders to the appropriate decoration department (DTG, DTF, and Embroidery) Operate heat press equipment for standard garment decoration Operate heat press equipment for sublimation on mugs Pull decorated stock per order for final packing Pack and ship customer orders via USPS, UPS, and FedEx What We're Looking For Ability to lift and carry 35 lbs regularly Comfortable standing for extended periods and working with heat press equipment Basic computer/data entry skills for order tracking ShipStation and Shopify experience a plus, but not required Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a fast-paced production environment Prior warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience a plus but not required Additional Info This position is part of the bargaining unit represented by UAW Local 1596. Pay:
