Job Description
Job Summary As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the gas station. Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Monitor fuel levels and replenish stock as needed
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a neat and organized work environment
- Assist customers with fueling their vehicles and provide information on products or services
- Upsell additional items such as snacks or beverages
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and discounts
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Basic math skills for retail transactions
- Ability to stock shelves and keep inventory organized
- Prior experience in a grocery store or retail setting is a plus
