Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with their inquiries and provide product recommendations
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register balances
• Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
• Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise
• Answer phone calls and provide information or direct calls as necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally

Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial
• Strong phone etiquette skills
• Ability to demonstrate products effectively
• Basic technical sales knowledge is advantageous
