Approximately 40-42 hours per week Position Overview Stay Connected Management is hiring a full-time Mobile Sales Associate to represent an AT&T campaign inside established retail partner locations in Berry Hill and the surrounding Nashville area. This is an in-person, customer-facing sales position. Associates engage with retail shoppers, identify their wireless and connectivity needs, explain available AT&T products and services, and assist customers with completing sales and service enrollments. Candidates must be comfortable approaching customers, working toward individual and team sales goals, traveling to assigned retail locations, and commuting to Stay Connected Management's Nashville office approximately three times per week. This position is employed by Stay Connected Management, an independent sales company representing an AT&T campaign. It is not direct employment with AT&T or the retail store. Schedule and Travel Requirements This position requires approximately 40-42 hours per week , including: Working in person at assigned retail partner locations in Berry Hill and nearby communities Commuting to our Nashville office approximately three times per week Attending required meetings, sales training, coaching, and team development Picking up and returning campaign materials as needed Traveling locally between the Nashville office and assigned retail locations Working at least one weekend day based on retail scheduling needs Reliable transportation is required for travel to the Nashville office and assigned retail locations. Responsibilities Engage with customers inside assigned retail partner locations Educate customers about AT&T wireless plans, devices, upgrades, and services Ask questions to understand each customer's wireless and connectivity needs Recommend appropriate products and service options Accurately complete customer sales and service enrollments Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals Maintain current knowledge of AT&T products, services, and promotions Attend required office meetings, training sessions, and performance coaching Follow Stay Connected Management, retailer, and AT&T compliance standards Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed sales Represent Stay Connected Management and its client professionally Collaborate with management and other members of the retail sales team Compensation and Employment Full-time W-2 employment Base pay of $700-$900 per week, based on experience Opportunity to earn additional commissions Performance-based bonuses and incentives Weekly pay Paid training Advancement opportunities based on performance and leadership ability The weekly base pay is separate from commissions, bonuses, and incentives. Total earnings will vary based on individual sales performance and earned incentives. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, wireless, or sales experience is helpful but not required Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and goal-oriented Receptive to sales training and performance coaching Available to work approximately 40-42 hours per week Able to work a retail schedule, including at least one weekend day Reliable transportation for required local travel Able to commute to the Nashville office approximately three times per week Authorized to work in the United States Apply Today If you enjoy working with customers, are motivated by measurable goals, and want to develop experience in mobile and wireless sales, submit your application for consideration.
