PLAYGROUND ASSOCIATE

We have an exciting opportunity for you to become part of our growing Kidsville Playground team! We are in search of a candidate that will work in all areas of the playground including the café, the front desk, mini golf, parties and much more, especially on Weekends! Kidsville is now bigger and better than ever, with a state of the art, indoor soft playground located across the street from the newly renovated Tennessean Travel Stop just off I-65 and Pulaski Highway, in Cornersville. We are looking for a new team member that is responsible and organized and flexible to work during our business hours, especially on weekends, and in many different areas of the playground, including but not limited to Front Desk and Café Coverage, Food Truck, Event Coordinating, the Mini Golf area, etc. We work as a team at Kidsville Playground, and you can expect to work all areas of our facility. Candidate MUST have great communications skills, MUST be a problem solver and a great team player. Playground Associate -

Job Description:

• Participate in Front Desk and Café Coverage
• Experience with Customer Service
• Great Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
• Work the Mini Golf Area when needed
• Assist with coordinating and executing Events and Parties
• Ensure Cleanliness of playground at all times with daily maintenance
• Participate in monthly all employee deep cleaning of the playground
• And More Kidsville's Playground Associates must be flexible to work when needed, including Fridays, Saturday and Sundays ( our busiest & most fun time ).

Must be flexible to cover any shift, we are open 7 days a week, 10:00am - 6:00pm Sunday through Thursday, and 10:00am to 7:00pm Fridays and Saturdays. A Kidsville Playground Associate can expect to work approximately 20-25 hours per week. We are looking for someone special who likes to be surrounded with children of all ages. You must be able to work under pressure, in a high traffic zone. We are surrounded by fun in all directions and sometimes that comes with a bit of chaos. You must enjoy smiling, laughing and having fun! You must be comfortable and have the ability to remain calm in chaotic environments. Must be able to work in loud environments. You will wear a lot of hats working in Kidsville. From checking in children and their guardians for events, to monitoring the mini golf area, to helping with birthday parties and more. The Playground Associate is an immediate opening for the right person. Must be at least 21 years old to apply for this position. Must be able to pass a background check.
