Duties Greet customers warmly in both English and Spanish, creating a welcoming shopping environment Assist customers with retail sales, product inquiries, and service needs to maximize satisfaction and sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing cash, credit card payments, and managing the cash drawer Perform retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and change due with precision Support retail store operations by managing data entry tasks such as updating customer information and transaction records Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displays are appealing Weekends and some holidays are required Consistently reach and attain sales goals
