Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping journey Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions and cash register operations Handle cash drawer handling with accuracy, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times Assist customers with product demos and upselling opportunities to maximize sales and enhance their shopping experience Stock shelves, organize displays, and participate in merchandising efforts to keep the store inviting and well-organized Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing information to customers over the phone Support inventory management by stocking products, conducting stock checks, and assisting with inventory counts Qualifications Previous retail sales experience or grocery store experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly Bilingual abilities are a plus, helping us serve a diverse customer base effectively Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and performing retail math calculations accurately Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous but training will be provided Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and customer service best practices Embark on a rewarding journey where your proactive attitude makes a difference!
