Participate in ongoing product knowledge, compliance, and professional development training to stay current with industry updates. What We're Looking For in an Client Relations Team Member High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Previous retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
