We are looking for a personable and organized Front Desk & Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves greeting customers, managing sales transactions, handling inquiries, scheduling repairs, and supporting sales efforts on the showroom floor.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the shop.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails about repairs, sales, and general inquiries.
• Process sales transactions, issue receipts, and handle cash or card payments.
• Provide customers with information on our products, services, and promotions.
• Assist customers in selecting lawn mowers and related equipment, highlighting features and benefits.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and sales area.
• Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.

Requirements:

⁃ Fluent in English and Spanish

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills (familiarity with email, scheduling software, and POS systems).
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and recommend products.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
• Professional and dependable
• Able to work in a fast pace
• Previous experience in sales or a similar role is a plus.
