This position involves helping customers throughout their shopping experience, explaining products, processing purchases, and keeping the store organized and presentable. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, communicates clearly, and is comfortable balancing customer service, sales, and general store responsibilities. What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide assistance based on their needs and preferences. Answer product questions and make helpful recommendations. Demonstrate products and explain key features when needed. Support sales efforts by creating a positive and helpful shopping experience. Process cash and other transactions accurately at the register. Replenish and keep shelves and displays neat and organized. Monitor product availability and assist with general inventory tasks. Keep customer and employee areas clean, including sales floors, counters, and restrooms. Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist with product or store-related questions. Help resolve basic customer concerns in a courteous and professional manner. Work closely with other team members to meet store goals and complete daily responsibilities. What We're Looking For Friendly and approachable communication style. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to comfortably interact with customers from different backgrounds. Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required. Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately. Professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Dependable, organized, and attentive to details. Willingness to help maintain a clean and welcoming store environment. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
