Glen Rose, Texas 76043 Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and courteous Gate Attendant to manage access control at our facility in Glen Rose, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling entry and exit points, ensuring the safety and security of the premises, and providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff. Key Responsibilities Monitor and control access to the property by verifying credentials and authorizing entry. Maintain a log of all visitors, deliveries, and vehicles entering and leaving the premises. Provide directions and assistance to visitors and employees as needed. Conduct routine inspections of the gate area and report any suspicious activity or security concerns. Operate gate control equipment and communication devices effectively. Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures. Respond promptly to emergencies and escalate issues to management or security personnel as necessary. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a security, customer service, or gate attendant role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods. Basic computer skills and ability to operate gate control systems. Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required. Work Environment This position is primarily outdoors and may require standing for long periods.
