We're looking for someone fun, fashionable, outgoing, and dependable to join the Giddy Up Glamour team! This is a customer-facing boutique sales position, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, loves fashion, and isn't afraid to jump in. Our associates work one-on-one with customers, help style outfits, recommend merchandise, maintain the sales floor, and help create the fun, welcoming shopping experience our customers know us for. Availability & Scheduling Please read our scheduling requirements before applying. We are hiring both part-time and semi full-time associates. Applicants must be available to work at least 20 hours per week and have availability that meets the needs of our store.

Our store hours are:

Monday-Saturday:

10:00 AM-7:00

PM Sunday:

12:00 PM-5:00 PM Weekend availability is required. Associates must be available to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month. Weekend shifts are typically full-day shifts. We do our best to work with everyone's availability, but this is a retail position and schedules are ultimately based on the needs of the business. We are looking for dependable team members who can consistently work the availability they provide. What You'll Be Doing Greet every customer and create a friendly, welcoming shopping experience Work one-on-one with customers to help them find clothing, accessories, and complete looks Learn our merchandise and confidently make product and styling recommendations Provide excellent customer service from the moment someone walks in until they leave Accurately handle customer transactions Communicate current promotions, sales, and product information Restock, organize, fold, hang, and maintain merchandise throughout the store Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas clean and visually appealing Assist with merchandising and displays Answer customer questions in person and over the phone Work alongside other associates to meet store goals and keep things running smoothly Model merchandise and participate in try-on videos and other boutique content as needed Jump in wherever needed—boutique retail is very much a team effort! This Role If You:

Are at least 18 years old and high school graduate Are bubbly, outgoing, friendly, and comfortable approaching customers Love fashion and helping other women feel confident in what they wear Are dependable and take your scheduled shifts seriously Can work at least 20 hours per week, including the required weekends Have a strong work ethic and are willing to learn Can take direction and work well as part of a team Are comfortable being photographed or appearing in try-on videos Can multitask and stay productive in both busy and slower periods Put the customer first and understand the importance of great customer service Can stand for extended periods and perform normal retail tasks, including lifting and moving merchandise Previous retail experience is always a plus, but it is not required . We care just as much about personality, dependability, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Pay & Trial Process Candidates selected to move forward will begin with a trial training period at $8/hour . The trial period is part of our hiring process and gives both you and our team an opportunity to determine whether the position is a good fit. There is an opportunity to quickly increase to $10/hour based on performance, dependability, and meeting required scheduling expectations. Additional Opportunities Depending on your availability, strengths, and where we have the greatest staffing need, qualified candidates may also be considered for a position at our Online Headquarters/Fulfillment Center in Huntsville , where our team handles online orders, inventory, website merchandise, shipments, and other behind-the-scenes operations.
