Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and swiftly Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and retail math calculations with precision Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product selections Upsell products and accessories to meet sales goals while ensuring customer needs are met effectively Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain an attractive and well-organized store environment Maintain proper phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays and ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date for effective selling Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations for seamless transactions Previous supervising experience or leadership skills to support team efforts when needed Strong communication skills in both bilingual settings and with diverse customer bases Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling, pricing, and transaction balancing Experience in retail sales, upselling and customer service excellence Knowledge of retail store product details and merchandising techniques to enhance presentation strategies Familiarity with general retail environments is a plus Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with customers and team members Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels positive shopping experiences!
