Full Job Description Core Responsibility:

Control the flow of guests into the experience; this is your first impression and traffic-control hub.

Key Duties:

Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming, family-friendly first impression. Serve as the first source of information regarding tickets, schedules, venue amenities, policies, accessibility, and guest service. Check tickets, reservations, wristbands, credentials, or other entry authorization in accordance with Company procedures. Direct guests to the appropriate attraction, check-in area, retail location, photo opportunity, restroom, exit, or other venue area. Monitor entrances, exits, queues, walkways, and designated restricted areas. Assist with guest flow, line organization, capacity procedures, and the orderly entry and exit of guests. Observe guest activity and promptly identify possible safety concerns, disruptive conduct, unauthorized access, or violations of venue rules. Keep lobby calm, organized, and clearly directed Keep the entrance, lobby, queue, and other assigned front-of-house areas clean, organized, and free from apparent hazards. Maintain clean, branded, family-friendly tone
