Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable guidance on instruments, accessories, and services Drive sales of instruments, accessories, rentals, and lesson packages to meet or exceed store goals Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including rentals and lesson enrollments Maintain merchandising standards, product displays, and a clean, organized sales floor Support inventory tasks including stocking, tagging, and cycle counts Promote and enroll students in private lessons and educational programs Collaborate with store, lesson, and school service teams to support educators and local music programs Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex concerns to store leadership Participate in events, outreach, and community engagement to support music education Follow company policies, loss prevention, and safety procedures Required Skills Retail sales Point-of-sale (POS) systems Cash handling Customer relationship management Product merchandising Inventory management Music instrument product knowledge Lesson program enrollment Rental program processing Basic MS Office or retail software
