Assist in supervising junior staff members to ensure smooth store operations. Utilize retail math skills to manage stock levels and assist with inventory control. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and improve sales performance. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
