We're hiring 2 budtenders — one full-time, one part-time — to join our team. Schedule Requirements — Please Read Before Applying This role requires closing availability on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. This is a fixed part of the schedule and is not flexible. If you cannot commit to closing shifts on these four days, please do not apply — we will not be able to move forward with your application. What We're Looking For Reliable, consistent availability for Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon closes — non-negotiable Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check per WA LCB requirements Friendly, customer-focused attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment Cannabis industry experience a plus but not required — we'll train the right person Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Provide exceptional service to every customer — this is a customer-facing role where full engagement on the floor matters Reliably work your scheduled shifts, including required closing shifts Friday-Monday Take initiative on the floor — restocking, cleaning, helping teammates — without waiting to be asked Foster an inclusive environment by embracing workplace diversity Communicate proactively with your team and management, flagging issues early Handle cash accurately and efficiently, with full accountability for your drawer Take pride in keeping the store clean and organized as a shared team effort Build strong product knowledge over time so you can speak confidently with customers Support the team by pitching in wherever needed — we value people who go above and beyond All other duties as assigned by management or leads

Pay:

From $21.69 per hour Expected hours: 28.0 - 40.0 per week
