We're passionate about powersports and carry an extensive selection of motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, gear, apparel, and accessories from brands including Polaris, Can-Am, Honda, Yamaha, and more. We're looking for an enthusiastic Gear & Apparel Specialist to join our team and help customers find the gear, apparel, and accessories that make every ride better. What You'll Do This is more than a retail position — you'll be part of the powersports experience. Welcome customers and create a fun, welcoming shopping experience Help riders find the right helmets, riding gear, apparel, boots, and accessories Learn our products and brands so you can make confident recommendations Help customers find gear that fits their style, needs, riding environment, and budget Stay current on new products, trends, and powersports gear Create and maintain eye-catching apparel and gear displays Keep merchandise organized, stocked, and presentation-ready Assist with inventory control, receiving, pricing, and merchandising Build relationships with customers and become someone they trust for their riding needs Work alongside a passionate team that loves powersports as much as our customers do Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is energetic, personable, and genuinely excited about gear and powersports. You'll be a great fit if you: Love motorcycles, off-road riding, snowmobiling, or powersports Have an interest in apparel, gear, fashion, or retail merchandising Enjoy helping people find products that fit their personality and lifestyle Have excellent communication and customer service skills Are comfortable learning about new brands and products Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills Can multitask in a fast-paced retail environment Bring a positive attitude and work well both independently and as part of a team Are dependable and available for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Have a high school diploma or equivalent Powersports, apparel, retail, sales, or merchandising experience is a plus — but passion and personality matter just as much. Commission Schedule:
