52 Summary Here is an AWI Certified Casework/Cabinet company that designs and manufactures custom cabinets for various commercial companies in the PNW and across the U.

S. They are looking for a talented and experienced shop lead to come on board to assist with our cabinet production, working collaboratively with our team to continue the tradition of maintaining their high-quality production and attention to detail on behalf of our clients. Responsibilities

Oversee cabinet production operations by operating and maintaining woodworking equipment such as table saws, edge banders, and other power tools to ensure high-quality output.
Ensure compliance with AWI specifications and company quality standards, maintaining precision, consistency, and attention to detail throughout all stages of production.
Coordinate cabinet assembly and installation processes, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and meet client expectations and AWI quality standards.
Manage and supervise a small team of cabinet makers and assemblers, ensuring productivity, quality standards, and a collaborative team environment.
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to create accurate cut lists and guide the manufacturing and assembly of custom cabinetry. Requirements
Familiarity and proficiency with wood working/cabinet making equipment, which includes but is not limited to:
Familiarity with AWI specifications (AWI
Architectural Woodworking Institute)
Drafting experience with AutoCAD preferred, but not required.
Manage a small team of cabinet makers/assemblers
Five (5) plus years of industry experience
Cabinet assembly & installation experience
Ability to read plans and specifications
Ability to create cut list
Table Saw
Edge Bander
