• Bequest Coffee Co is looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive
• Operations Support Lead
• to help support our team in mill creek.

This is a hands-on role that combines operational support with floor leadership.

Responsibilities include:

Inventory tracking and ordering support Helping oversee daily operations and store standards Assisting with schedule preparation and shift coverage Communicating with management and team members Supporting training and operational procedures Organizing supplies and operational materials Helping identify and solve day-to-day operational issues Supporting new store openings and company growth Working on the floor as a barista most of shifts Supporting the team during busy periods, call-outs, and coverage needs Helping maintain strong customer service, drink quality, speed, and cleanliness standards We're looking for someone who is dependable, highly organized, comfortable multitasking, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Previous leadership, operations, hospitality, or coffee shop experience is needed.

• Barista experience is strongly preferred.
• Full-time position
• Starting pay: $20/hour + tips (+$5 to $9 an hour)
