As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting in kitchen operations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for food service. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive experience from the moment they enter until they leave. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly and courteously. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, grills, and ovens. Handle cash transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management, including retail math proficiency. Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, enhancing efficiency during transactions. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
