• Lead a team of retail sales associates in a fast-paced environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions as necessary
• Assist with hiring and onboarding
• Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and transactions
• Maintain store appearance and merchandise displays
• Collaborate with store management team to achieve sales goals and targets
• Use electronic devices
• Insure processes are done correctly and efficiently
• Delegate within your team
• Skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Phone etiquette and communication skills
