Assist with maintaining organized store layouts to enhance shopping convenience and making local deliveries. Ensure excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support remotely. Use strong communication skills to inform customers about store promotions, new products, and services while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Engage in basic troubleshooting during product demos or customer inquiries to resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals through effective upselling techniques and personalized customer interactions. Mentoring and coaching are available to candidates on medical knowledge and some Artificial Intelligence models. Requirements Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership roles within retail settings is a plus.
