Position Overview As an Assistant Service Manager, you'll work directly alongside experienced leaders to learn the day-to-day operations of running a successful automotive service center. You'll gain hands-on experience in: Customer service and relationship management Sales and service advising Team leadership and coaching Shop workflow and operations Inventory and productivity management Digital vehicle inspections and customer presentations Leadership development and performance management This role is designed to prepare the right candidate for advancement into a Store Manager position.

Requirements:

Required Experience:

3-5 years of experience in: Automotive customer service Automotive sales Service advising Retail or automotive management Sales management or team leadership roles

Strong communication and people skills Leadership mentality with a positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Sales-minded while maintaining integrity and professionalism Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable using technology and digital communication tools Passion for helping customers and developing teams Automotive experience is strongly preferred.
