Store Manager We're looking for an experienced, motivated leader to manage the daily operations of our store. If you have a strong agricultural background, management experience, and a passion for serving the farming and ranching community, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities include:

Oversee daily store operations Lead, train, and support employees Manage inventory, purchasing, and pricing Provide outstanding customer service Assist customers with feed, livestock, fencing, seed, fertilizer, animal health products, and other farm & ranch supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store Work closely with ownership to achieve business goals

Qualifications:

Previous management experience

Strong agricultural knowledge

REQUIRED

Excellent leadership and communication skills Computer proficiency and organizational skills Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors as needed
