This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team . What You'll Do Manage and maintain company inventory , including materials and supplies Manage and maintain company vehicles/trailers , including service, maintenance, and records Handle customer warranty claims from start to finish Communicate with customers regarding warranty requests, service needs, and follow-up Maintain accurate records, paperwork, and documentation Assist with scheduling and administrative duties for the Reroof Department Follow up on open items and ensure tasks are completed Help keep the department organized and running efficiently Provide excellent customer service and represent our company professionally What We're Looking For Must have construction, administrative and computer experience(roofing experience is a plus!)
