Watsonville Auto Group (Chevrolet of Watsonville, Watsonville Ford, Watsonville CDJR) is hiring a Sales Closer / Team Lead to drive deals across the finish line and raise the performance of our sales floor. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll take turns (T.O.s) from salespeople, structure and close deals, and coach a team of sales consultants to hit their numbers every month. What You'll Do Take T.O.s from sales consultants and close deals on new, used, and CPO vehicles Structure deals, present numbers, and overcome objections with confidence and integrity Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales consultants to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets Run daily sales meetings and one-on-ones; hold the team accountable to process and follow-up Work the CRM (DriveCentric) to manage leads, appointments, and follow-up across the team Partner with the Desk, F&I, and Service to deliver a smooth customer experience Maintain gross profit, CSI, and volume standards for the store Help recruit, onboard, and train new sales hires What We're Looking For 3+ years of automotive sales experience with a consistent track record of closing 1+ years leading, training, or mentoring a sales team (Team Lead, Closer, Assistant Sales Manager, or similar) Strong understanding of deal structure, financing basics, and manufacturer incentives Experience with a dealership CRM (DriveCentric a plus) High energy, positive attitude, and the ability to stay composed under pressure Excellent communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to work a retail schedule including weekends Call or text Cesar Ramos today 323-743-9818
