Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in food and/or beverage industry Must be able to work 5 days (weekends and holidays included) and up to 40 hours a week Must be able to carry and/or lift up to 50 lbs Duties Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff management. Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members, ensuring alignment with company standards and culture. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee performance and professional growth. Manage scheduling to maintain operational health of the store. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales. Utilize POS systems for transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting with accuracy and efficiency. Skills Proven experience in supervisory roles within the food and/or beverage industry. Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management and managerial communication skills. Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic math for sales calculations. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases.
