Job Description

Dream Quest is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Thrift Store Manager. This is a full-time position. Dream Quest is a nonprofit youth organization in Willow Creek, California. The store supports Dream Quest youth programs and is an important element of our small rural community. The Store Manager will report directly to the Executive Director. Job duties will include, but are not limited to store operations, staff management, customer service, financial management, marketing, compliance and safety.

Qualifications:

Education or prior experience in retail management, good communication skills and the capacity to lead with integrity.

Physical Requirements:

Must have the ability to work sitting, standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying items (regularly up to 25 lbs.) Ability to climb ladders, kneel, stoop, bend, and squat.

Benefits:

The Store Manager will be provided with sick leave as required by the State of California, medical insurance allowance, and paid vacation.

Pay:

The Store Manager will be hired at a starting pay of $20.00-24.00 per hour based on experience. Pay will be re-assessed every year.

Anticipated Start Date:

The job is anticipated to start immediately.
