What You'll Be Doing As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service at our café locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Overseeing daily café operations and ensuring everything runs efficiently. Maintaining high standards for product quality and cleanliness. Assisting with scheduling, training, and mentoring team members. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care. Supporting inventory management and ensuring product availability. What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a café, retail, or food service setting.
