We are veteran-owned and operated, and we run Connecticut's only USDA-inspected poultry slaughter and processing facility. More than 180 farms across the Northeast rely on us to bring their birds to market. HACCP certification is preferred, not required. If you don't have it, we will pay to get you certified.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll report directly to our Facility Manager, lead a 8-12 member production team, and step in to run the plant when the Facility Manager is out.
