Connecticut MVPD Appraiser's License is required at time of hire. As part of the D'Addario Auto Group , we have proudly served the Shelton community since 1968 . Position Summary We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Collision Estimator who will also assist with some managerial duties, who can provide outstanding customer service while preparing accurate repair estimates and working effectively with insurance companies, technicians, and customers throughout the repair process.

Monday-Friday:
8:00 AM - 5:30
PM Rotating Saturdays:
8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, both in person and over the phone. Inspect damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, electrical, and interior damage. Prepare complete and accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE. Write and process insurance supplements with thorough documentation. Review repair estimates with the Body Shop Manager. Determine whether damaged components should be repaired or replaced. Evaluate repair feasibility versus total loss and determine salvage value when applicable. Complete required insurance forms and documentation. Estimate costs for repainting, customization, or specialty vehicle conversions when needed. Maintain clear communication with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians throughout the repair process.
