Pinnacle is a locally owned women's clothing boutique in Washington Depot, CT featuring a curated mix of contemporary and luxury designers. We focus on creating a welcoming, stylish shopping experience and hosting special events that bring our community together. As we grow, we're looking for a fashion-loving, creative team member to help run the store, assist with events and trunk shows, and support our online orders.

Position Overview:

This part-time role combines boutique sales and management and event management. The ideal candidate loves fashion, is highly organized, enjoys connecting with people and is excited to help create events that bring customers into the store. This role is perfect for someone interested in fashion, styling, events or marketing. Ability to work weekends required for the position. What You'll Do In the Boutique Manage the store on select days (opening/closing) Assist customers with styling and purchases Maintain the visual presentation of the store Unpack, tag, and organize new merchandise Process sales through our Shopify POS system Help keep the boutique organized and welcoming Events & Trunk Shows Assist with planning and executing store events Help coordinate designer trunk shows and community gatherings Support event setup, promotion and guest experience Social Media & Marketing Support email newsletters and event promotions Brainstorm creative ways to highlight new products and store events Assist with inventory management on Shopify Who You Are Passionate about fashion, styling or social media Friendly, outgoing and comfortable talking with customers Organized and reliable Available to work weekends and occasional evenings for events Retail, fashion or marketing experience Perks Employee discount on clothing and accessories Flexible schedule Experience in fashion retail, events and boutique marketing Opportunity to be part of a growing small business How to Apply Send your resume or a short note about yourself to: betsy@thepinnaclect.com
