Pet Supplies Plus in Carrollwood is hiring for a Shift Supervisor position. Combine work and enjoyment. Helping pets that bring in their pet parents to shop and pick up all their favorite things is a great way to spend your workday. Preferably 2 years min. retail store work experience. Strong sales and customer service skills are a must. As Shift Supervisor you must be passionate about helping pets and their pet parents. Provide exceptional, neighborly service at all opportunities during your work day. Motivate, and direct team members to preform their tasks in an efficient and professional manner. Ability to operate all equipment to run the store is important, as well as being able to climb ladders, bend, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work flexible schedules, have reliable transportation and be 18 years of age or older. Performance based bonus structure. Bi-lingual a plus. (English/Spanish)
