We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our flagship Rosemary Beach location. Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic, sales-driven Store Manager who is passionate about luxury retail, exceptional customer service, and team leadership. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes ownership of store performance, inspires their team, and consistently delivers an elevated shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Lead daily store operations while achieving monthly and annual sales goals. Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team. Drive sales through exceptional customer service, client relationships, and proactive selling strategies. Manage employee scheduling, payroll budgets, and overall store profitability. Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards. Oversee inventory management, replenishment, stock counts, and loss prevention. Analyze sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and communicate product trends to corporate leadership. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and reporting requirements. Coordinate store initiatives, seasonal merchandising, and local events. Foster a positive, professional, and results-oriented team environment. Qualifications 3+ years of retail management experience; luxury or boutique retail experience preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience managing payroll budgets, inventory, and store operations. Proficiency with Shopify POS or similar retail systems is a plus. Passion for fashion, merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
