Duties Lead and supervise retail sales team members, providing training, coaching, and development to enhance performance and customer service skills Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems for transactions, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures Implement effective employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and onboarding processes to build a strong team Conduct regular inventory control checks, stock audits, and purchasing activities to maintain optimal stock levels Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism using excellent communication skills and phone etiquette Experience Proven management experience in a retail environment with supervisory or assistant manager roles preferred Extensive retail sales experience with strong knowledge of retail industry best practices and sales management techniques Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee training & development, and operational management Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS systems, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and cash handling procedures Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Experience in grocery stores or similar high-volume retail settings is advantageous Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in merchandising, stocking, and pricing tasks Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier service while advancing your managerial career in a fast-paced retail environment.
