Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Operations:

Drive net sales and revenue goals while managing all day-to-day store operations and inventory.

Team Leadership:

Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing retail staff through hands-on training and performance management.

Customer Experience:

Model outstanding customer service, resolve escalations, and maintain deep technical knowledge of all products and services.

Business Development:

Engage in outside marketing, community activities, and proactively create improvement plans to grow the business.

Desired Qualifications:
