We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Pool Service & Repairs Manager to lead and grow our service department. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled pool industry professional who thrives in leadership, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations for pool service, repairs, and equipment installations Lead, train, and support service technicians and repair teams Schedule and coordinate service routes, repair calls, and installation projects efficiently Diagnose and oversee repairs for pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, salt systems, plumbing, and related equipment Ensure exceptional customer service and strong communication with homeowners Prepare estimates, explain repair recommendations, and follow up with customers Monitor technician performance, productivity, and quality standards Manage inventory, repair parts, and equipment ordering Support pool remodeling and resurfacing project coordination when needed Help grow the department through customer retention, referrals, and service opportunities Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Qualifications Previous experience in HVAC, pest control, pool service, repairs, pool operations or service industry preferred Strong knowledge of pool equipment troubleshooting and repairs is helpful Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with automation systems, heaters, pumps, filters, and salt systems preferred Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ideal Candidates May Have Experience As Pool Service Manager Pool Repair Technician Equipment Installation Technician Service Supervisor HVAC, Pest Control or similar industry Pool Supply Retail Manager Why Join Pinch A Penny #35?
