Store Manager We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and hands-on Store Manager to lead one of our busy Circle K convenience store locations in the Tampa area. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the location by leading your team, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining company standards in all areas of store operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the store Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members Create and manage employee schedules Ensure exceptional customer service Cash handling and daily financial accountability Inventory management and ordering Loss prevention and shrink control Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Communicate effectively with employees and upper management Meet sales, operational, and performance goals

Requirements:

Previous management experience (convenience store, retail, or food service preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed
