Job Summary Seasonal Ice Cream Shop Supervisor - $20/hr + Tips Super Scoops - Treasure Island, FL Super Scoops is looking for a reliable, responsible Seasonal Shop Supervisor to help run our small ice cream shop during our slower season. This is a great position for someone who enjoys working independently and wants a laid-back job with consistent hours and added responsibility. Most shifts will be worked independently, so we're looking for someone we can trust to take ownership of the shop and keep things running smoothly. Pay & Schedule $20/hour + tips Approximately 18-30 hours per week Seasonal position Primarily afternoon/evening shifts Opportunity for additional hours when available Responsibilities Open and/or close the shop Serve customers and prepare ice cream orders Operate the register/POS system Keep the shop clean, stocked, and organized Complete routine cleaning and closing tasks Monitor inventory and communicate when supplies are running low Receive or organize deliveries when needed Handle minor customer or operational issues independently Communicate with the owner as needed Help make sure the shop is well cared for while the owner is away

Dependable and punctual Comfortable working independently Friendly and confident with customers Clean and organized Responsible with cash and store operations Able to notice what needs to be done without constant direction Willing to take a little extra ownership and pride in the shop Previous food service, retail, shift lead, or supervisory experience is preferred, but we're most interested in finding someone dependable, trustworthy, and willing to care about the shop. This is a small, straightforward operation without a large staff to manage. We're looking for someone who wants a consistent seasonal job, can work independently, and can be trusted to keep things running smoothly.
