This role is designed for an enthusiastic server who is eager to deliver exceptional guest service from day one, while actively learning the skills needed to step up into an Assistant Manager role down the road. You will start on the floor mastering food and beverage service, driving sales, and building guest loyalty, with hands-on mentorship to prepare you for shift management, inventory, and leadership responsibilities as you grow with us. ( PAY DOE) Key Performance Goals To succeed in this role and transition into leadership, you will work toward the following goals: Upselling & Increasing Sales Learn menu offerings deeply to actively suggest drink pairings, food additions, and daily specials. Consistently elevate table check averages through active selling techniques. Building Repeat Customer Loyalty Provide warm, attentive hospitality to create regular, returning guests. Handle guest feedback gracefully on the floor to ensure every customer has a positive experience. Driving Overall Restaurant Growth Help achieve daily and weekly sales targets through quick, efficient service and table turnover. Identify opportunities during shifts to boost revenue and minimize waste. Leadership Development & Management Training Show eagerness to learn shift opening/closing procedures, daily reporting, and floor management. Set a high standard of work ethic, cleanliness, and teamwork for other front-of-house staff. Assisting Store Manager Duties varies on the task given from the management team.
