Pay:

$60,000 - $120,000 +

Essential Functions:

Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a customer friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards through quality and speed of service, and solid technical knowledge. Analyze and measure business trends; develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed goals and objectives set forth by management with an emphasis on gross profit margins. Work within store performance budget and control shrinkage, expenses, and payroll. Ensure appropriate inventory levels and record keeping. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk-throughs and audits, etc. Continually evaluate and react to performance issues while actively recruiting for open positions. Always ensure and maintain OSHA, environmental, state and hazmat regulations, and safety compliance. Train, develop, and direct store personnel in all aspects of the business to create a skilled and cohesive team, direct and monitor training and development for all store personnel.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. Active and unrestricted in-state driver's license. A proven history of successful management expertise including but not limited to leadership and motivational ability, time management and organization skills, training, coaching, and counseling. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Strong telephone, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation and an elevated level of professional integrity. Strong service sales and ability to control expenses.
