Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily packaging line activities.
Ensure production goals and quality standards are met.
Operate a forklift as needed.
Monitor workflow and help keep production running efficiently.
Train, guide, and motivate team members.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Assist with resolving production issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
Previous leadership or production experience preferred.
Valid forklift certification required.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to train and motivate employees effectively.
Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to work the assigned shift consistently.
