Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads. Engage in consultative selling, actively listening to customer needs and concerns. Finalize sales agreements with confidence and professionalism. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with the sales team to continuously improve sales strategies. Compensation & Benefits This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Our successful closers typically earn between $85,000 and $150,000 annually , reflecting the performance-driven nature of the position. We believe in rewarding your hard work and success. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A personal vehicle and a valid driver's license. Authorization to work in the United States. To be 18 years of age or older.
