Opportunity & Your Impact Midtown is seeking a Junior Programs Supervisor to lead daily execution for the Junior Development Program, while supporting racquet sports team alignment and contributing to club operations. This role plays a key part ensuring the program operates smoothly, and the member experience is engaging and valued, resulting in repeat participation. Job Overview On site at 2211 Waukegan Rd, Bannockburn, IL 60015 Salaried supervisor role within Racquet Sports. Execution and team support focus. Visible leadership role serving members, coaches, and program performance. How You'll Contribute Support daily execution of racquet sports programming across lessons, competitive and social events. Lead and coach program team to ensure consistency with Midtown standards and program point of view. Maintain organization across scheduling, staffing, and program pathway. Responsive resolution of operational or service issues to preserve the member experience. Serve as a reliable on-floor leader supporting both members and coaches. What You'll Need to Succeed Experience in racquet sports operations. Ability to lead and manage team members. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills. Value oriented, competitive nature. Compensation & Benefits Total Compensation Range:
$65,000 - $92,000 per year. The final rate offered will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
