COACHFloor SupervisorJob SummaryThe Floor Supervisor manages Service Technicians and maintains technical and performance efficiency within the service shop, ensuring repairs are completed correctly, on schedule, and to a high quality standard.

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operation of the service shopMonitor performance and work to improve employee efficiencyTroubleshoot and diagnose service repairsEnforce company policy within the service department, including disciplinary actionsInterview and evaluate potential employeesEducation & CertificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredRVIA certificationHVAC certificationSkills & KnowledgeAdvanced knowledge of repair proceduresAbility to perform repairsStrong leadership and supervisory skillsExperience5+ years of technical/troubleshooting experience5+ years of foreman or supervisory experienceSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position has formal supervisory responsibility over Service Team Members, including overseeing, monitoring, and assisting with diagnostic work.
