Responsibilities include:

Providing outstanding customer service to retail and commercial customers. Assisting with daily store operations. Learning inventory management and purchasing procedures. Supporting team members and helping create a positive work environment. Developing problem-solving and leadership skills. Assisting in training and coaching employees. Helping achieve sales and customer service goals. Learning scheduling, reporting, and store management functions.

What We're Looking For:

Preferred Qualifications Leadership, supervisory, or management experience. Automotive parts knowledge or automotive industry experience. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to motivate and work effectively with a team. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license.
