The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience working with children of various ages, including toddlers and infants. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with children, is detail oriented, and can ensure Lil Rascals runs smoothly at the end of each day. Responsibilities Supervise and engage with children in a safe, nuturing, and positive manner. Assist with classroom cleanup, organization, and end-of-day tasks. Communicate with parents during pick-up in a professional and friendly way. Follow state licensing and center policies, including health and safety procedures. Support other staff members to ensure smooth transitions during the late afternoon. Secure and close the building at the end of the day. Schedule Weekdays, typically 2:00pm-6:00pm (or until closing). Reliability and punctuality are a must. Requirements Prior childcare experience preferred, but not required (we provide training). Reliable, punctual and able to work independently. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to pass background checks as required by state licensing.
