Job Description

General Manager - New Concept Opening in Versailles $22 an hour to start | Full-time An exciting new locally owned concept is coming to Versailles, KY this fall, and we're looking for an exceptional General Manager to join us from the very beginning. This is an opportunity to help launch something completely new and play an important role in shaping the team, culture, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, energetic, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day operations. We're looking for a leader who can create a positive environment for both customers and employees and who genuinely enjoys helping build a great team.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting a small team Hiring, training, and onboarding employees Creating and managing employee schedules Overseeing opening and closing procedures Maintaining high standards for customer service, cleanliness, and presentation Monitoring inventory and supplies Handling day-to-day operational issues Helping establish systems and procedures for a brand-new business Communicating regularly with ownership What we're looking for: Previous management or supervisory experience Strong communication and leadership skills Excellent reliability and organization Ability to work independently and make good decisions A hands-on management style Availability for a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts Someone who is excited by the idea of helping launch and grow a new local business Previous experience managing a customer-facing business is preferred.

Compensation:

$22 an hour to start, depending on experience
